3. Fees and Refund Policy

Course fees, registration charges, and project guidance fees must be paid in accordance with the schedules discussed at the time of enrollment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by our administration, all registration fees, course fee advances, and project deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Code of Conduct

Students and participants enrolled in our training facilities (both physical classrooms and virtual sessions) are expected to maintain professional conduct. You agree not to use our platform or resources to:

• Engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, or copy-pasting of fellow student assignments.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, malicious scripts, or security-compromising code.
• Gain unauthorized access to our student databases, hosting servers, or internal portals.
• Submit plagiarized content or make fraudulent representations regarding your course completion and placement feedback.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All courses, projects, internships, and placement services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to offer industry-standard training and placement guidance under UNIQ Technologies, Students Bazaar does not guarantee successful job placement, specific salary figures, or bug-free operation of your final academic projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Students Bazaar, UNIQ Technologies, or their directors, employees, and mentors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website, training programs, or project source code.
